Approach

Seeing with clarity.

We go to the roots together, so that you can gain the clarity and confidence to create what's next. And not just survive, but truly thrive.

Systemic healing, not quick fixes

This isn't about quick fixes or selling self-care as a solution to depletion. The burnout, the exhaustion, the disconnection, the quiet knowing that something isn't right… these aren't signs you're failing. They're signals pointing to the beliefs underneath them:

  • That your worth is measured by output and salary.
  • That you need certainty before you can make a change.
  • That rest has to be earned and busyness is an honour.
  • That the version of you that's acceptable at work is the one that waters down your true passions.
  • That you are the role you've outgrown.

These patterns live inside us too, shaping how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible.

%

of the working population are just getting by, languishing, or struggling.

The data confirms what your body already knows.

This isn't a personal failure, it's a systemic one. Can you see the same patterns around you?

Through my work, I help you reconnect with your true self and align with ways of leading that nurture wellbeing, so you gain the clarity and confidence to not just survive, but truly thrive.

Rooted in Regenerative Leadership

Regenerative Leadership is a way of being and doing that restores rather than extracts, renews rather than depletes. It creates life-affirming conditions for thriving and vitality in us, that spreads through our relationships.

Why root leadership in life? Because life is the most successful, adaptable and resilient system we know: it's been sustaining itself for 3.8 billion years and counting. Regenerative Leadership borrows straight from its playbook, trading hierarchy for relationship, isolation for interconnection, rigid plans for responsiveness, straight lines for cycles, sameness for diversity, autopilot for consciousness.

Bringing these same principles into how we live and lead is what makes leadership regenerative rather than extractive. We don't need "leader" in our job title or role to practise it. It starts with us, in the inner dimension, before it ever reaches a team or an organisation: embodying ways of being and doing that nurture our own health and vitality, first.

Wholeness in the path of transformation

I believe in leading from a place of wholeness, integrating all our parts. Not just the ones we're comfortable showing at work: the confidence and the doubt, the strength and the exhaustion, the light and what we'd rather keep in the dark.

Wholeness isn't about having everything figured out. It's about not needing to filter yourself to be acceptable, letting all of it in, and choosing, from that fuller place, how you want to live and lead.

To me, this is courageous and humble work. Not the easiest one, but necessary to allow for real transformation.

My background

I bring over two decades of experience in leadership, marketing, and organisational culture, now channelled into systemic coaching, mentoring, and space holding for those navigating burnout and transitions, with a Regenerative Leadership lens.

My own burnout in 2019 is what shaped how I hold space today: with presence rather than prescriptions, curiosity rather than certainty.

My space holding education and relevant training includes:

And many more thinkers, doers, researchers, change-makers on the topics of belonging, culture, well-being, systems change, regenerative business, coaching, learning and development, and consciousness.

Shout out to all my bosses, managers, colleagues, collaborators, mentors, coaches, therapists, teachers, fellow students who showed me the edges of my being and doing, sometimes with tender care, sometimes with a push over the cliff.

Last but not least, the infinite sources of inspiration who are my parents, always going the extra mile in cheerleading and support; my little sister’s embodiment of chaos and iteration that mothered the rebel in me; my grandparents’ loving groundedness; my extended family’s neverending love; my partner who lives in the magic realm of balance, presence and zero fucks given; my friends who are more soulmates than buddies. And to the awe-inspiring more-than-human world: my beloved Mediterranean sea, the squirrels and foxes behind my apartment building in Berlin, the sunsets and roaming elephants of Sri Lanka, the wild waves of the Aran Islands in Ireland, the fresh mountain waters of Granada, that resilient little flower that always breaks through the asphalt, the seagulls of the Bosphorus in Istanbul, and the pink skies in contrast to the blue snow in Iceland, to name a few of the wonders we share this planet with.

To all of you, thank you.
