About
We’re wired to thrive together.

Hola, I’m Judit.
I’m a Coach trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Mentor and Space Holder for Regenerative Leadership. I’ve spent over two decades helping teams and organisations embrace change, in a mix of fields and roles in marketing and advertising strategy, team leading, community building, organisational culture, and business development.
As a burnout survivor, I understand what disconnection means professionally and personally. That experience in 2019 completely shifted my work and lifestyle, and today I’m devoted to raising self-awareness, inspiring conscious action, and encouraging mindset shifts.
I'm based in Berlin, Germany, originally from Barcelona, Spain. My mother tongues are Spanish and Catalan, and English is my stepmother tongue.
Judit Sáez Gonzálvez is the full name. You know, in Spanish we have two surnames: one from the father’s side and the other from the mother’s.
I’m basically a fellow crooked human impacted by business as usual, burned-out workaholic, people-pleaser in recovery, anxiety relapse regular, impostor syndrome’s unconscious advocate, trying to live a harmonious, sustainable, financially stable life. I do this through nurturing regenerative change for communities and individuals.
I have few (almost none) answers. What I have is a strong willingness and commitment to sense and respond, to be in tune with what wants to emerge, to spot potential and tend to the conditions for thriving. I’m a master of none, an expert in practising, a forever guru apprentice.
As complex and beautifully imperfect as you are.
I don’t subscribe to specific currents or frameworks, but weave together diverse perspectives and practices: “pick and mix” is how I make sense of reality and experimentation is my approach. I listen deeply, ask the questions that matter, follow my intuition, and create space for the kind of conversations that shift things.
My work results from my years of awe at what we achieve when we align with ourselves and each other.
Alongside my solo practice, I contribute to the regenerative paradigm shift as the Community and Ecosystem Nurturer at Regenerators, where I co-facilitate programmes on regeneration like the Regenerative Leadership Journey and nurture a community of over 1,000 practitioners across more than 70 countries.
I provide pro-bono mentoring through the female factor and I write in what I like to call my personal public journals, LinkedIn and Substack.
If you fancy a bio in a more poetic tone…
I’m the fire keeper.
I’m the one making sure we all feel warm, comfortable, safe.
I don’t speak much. I listen a lot.
I provide a space of deep presence so that others can open up, authentically share.
I hold what is said and what is not said. What bodies express and what they hide.
I’m a vessel for what’s alive.
And when I speak, I become a mirror.
My blood is Mediterranean and my soul belongs to the mountains between Granada and Almería in the south of Spain.
I need salty water in my life. Both coming out from my eyes from time to time (Cancer much?) and the sea on my skin when the sun shines.
My heart and my identity broke when I burned out almost 7 years ago. I tried to fix them, just to realise later that there was nothing to be fixed.
I now choose to live with cracks, through which the pain and joy in our world get in.
It’s a lot to handle sometimes, but this is what makes me (brag alert) an amazing space holder.
As a mentor, a coach, a community nurturer. As a friend, a partner, a sister, a daughter.
“It is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”
Jiddu Krishnamurti
